Return
You can return most new and unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Items must be returned in new or unused condition and contain all original materials included with the shipment. All returned items will be inspected and may be subject to a partial refund, if it has been used. If the return is a result of our error, the full cost of the merchandise and shipping charges will be refunded. Returns may be subject to you, the customer, paying for the return Shipping & Handling.
Exchange
You can exchange most new and unopened items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in new or unused condition and contain all original materials included with the shipment. All exchange items will be inspected.
No items may be returned or exchanged after 14 days.
To apply for a return or exchange, please email us and an associate will review your file right away. In order to help you properly we request that you be as descriptive as possible when using our contact us form. Please DO NOT SEND back items prior to receiving a special return approval issued by an associate. Expect to receive the refund within 2-3 weeks from us receiving your return. Please allow for shipping and handling time when completing a return or exchange.
